Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning work from AaronArts, you agree to these terms. They apply to all of AaronArt's services.
Changes to these Terms
You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications to these Terms.
I reserve the right to alter these Terms anytime at my sole discretion.
Description of Service
I am an independent freelancer creating digital art & fan merch for your pleasure. All of my artwork is a digital service, in which you will receive your digital item(s) via One Drive & email. Any of my physical merchandise is sold through Etsy.
I reserve the right to decline and/or terminate service anytime and at my sole discretion.
Content Use
You may upload your watermarked illustration anywhere. A link back to me as the artist is highly appreciated, though, not required. You are not to upload the 5K version without the watermark. That is for your viewing purposes only.
You may not use the illustrations I create for profit. By commissioning me you are agreeing that I reserve the original ownership to the image I create.
You may not ask other artists to complete, edit, or trace my work without my written permission. You may not use my original characters or my original designs without my written permission.
You may not remove my watermark from my illustrations.
By commissioning me you are agreeing that I have the right to upload the image to any of my online art accounts, unless previously discussed otherwise and you have paid the $50 privacy fee.

The entirety of my illustrations, original characters, and original designs may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, traced, transmitted, or uploaded in any way without my written permission.
The rights of trademarked characters belong to their respective companies. I do not claim ownership to any trademarked characters portrayed in my illustrations or fan merch.
